Letter of Endorsement

To participate in the Research Associate Program, each RA must have a signed letter of endorsement from the Health Professions Advisor (HPA) on official college stationary.

This does not mean a letter of recommendation of anything so extensive.

It is fine to copy and past the following, filling in the appropriate spaces and choosing the appropriate descriptors:

He/She is looking toward the possibility of a career in the health professions.

He/She has my endorsement to serve as a Research Associate in theEmergency Department of St. Louis University Hospital.”

Have your HPA to fax us your Letter of Endorsement. FAX: 314-577-8516 ATTN: Preeti Dalawari, MD, MSPH. In the subject line, please include your name and the semester you're applying for. We will notify you via email once we receive it.
